The enclosed computer CDROM entitled Speed of Light 2 - The 1999 World Solar Challenge has been delivered to you (hereinafter LICENSEE) in direct response to your submission of a specific request to receive a copy of this program. The University of New South Wales (hereinafter UNSW) grants to the LICENSEE the right to use this program consistent with the following Agreement. If these terms are not acceptable to the LICENSEE, you must immediately return all copies of the software and documentation to the Centre for Photovoltaic Engineering, The University of New South Wales, Sydney, NSW 2052, Australia. This Agreement shall remain in force as long as the LICENSEE retains possession of these materials.
1. UNSW grants to the LICENSEE a fully-paid, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use for private, non-commercial uses, for research, for development, and for demonstration purposes only, the Speed of Light 2 - The 1999 World Solar Challenge CD-ROM and associated documentation files (hereinafter SOL2 CDROM).
2. The LICENSEE acknowledges that the SOL2 CDROM is being supplied as it is, that is without any accompanying services or improvements from UNSW.
3. Neither UNSW, the Key Centre for Photovoltaic Engineering, nor any of their employees, makes any warranty, express or implied, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of SOL2 CDROM, or represents that its use would not infringe privately owned rights, on account of or arising from this Agreement or the use of SOL2 CDROM.
4. The LICENSEE may only make one copy of the SOL2 CDROM for backup purposes. If the SOL2 CDROM is installed or placed on a local-area network, you must obtain a licence for each person permitted to access the software through the network. This software product is licensed as a single product and its components may not be separated for use on more than one computer. Duplication of the SOL2 CDROM for redistribution or resale is expressly prohibited.
5. Title to SOL2 CDROM and to any material associated therewith shall at all times remain with UNSW, and the LICENSEE agrees to preserve same. The LICENSEE further agrees not to use any portion of SOL2 CDROM in any machine-readable form outside the SOL2 CDROM program.
6. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring rights to use in advertising, publicity, or otherwise, any trademark names used in this product or the name of "UNSW".
7. This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and applied in accordance with the law of the state of New South Wales. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement or the use of SOL2 CDROM under this Agreement shall be filed in a court in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

No material may be reproduced, repackaged or redistributed, in part or as a whole, except where allowed in the License Agreement, without the written permission of the authors.
