Thin-Film Solar Processing Equipment
This project provided students with the opportunity to work in one of the School’s world class laboratories in the area of thin-film solar cell processing. Students involved with the project studied the details of vacuum processing equipment available at the School for silicon solar cell research, worked on improving various components of the existing vacuum machines so that they complied with the current OH&S standards, and performed vacuum processing experiments with the improved equipment.
