Research Interests

  • Development of light trapping scheme for glass substrate with the focus on the Aluminium-Induced Texturisation process
  • Development of a large grain poly-Si seed layer on glass with the focus on the Aluminium-Induced Crystallisation process
  • Development of low cost solar cells based on the method of solid phase crystallisation or solid phase epitaxy of amorphous silicon
